The newest part of our team, Aroh Mathilakath!

Aroh brings over 14 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified Mechanical Engineer, specializing in Production Management, Continuous Improvement, QHSE, and Maintenance. He has an impressive background, having worked in diverse industries such as manufacturing, plastics, rubber extrusion, injection molding, steel, and food safety management.

Originally from Kerala, India—often referred to as "God's own country"—Aroh is now based in the UAE, where he lives with his wife and two children, a son and a daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports like cricket, badminton, and football.
